The stages

• 1st stage / A public presentation of the project
  On the occasion of the Year of France in Brazil, the Center for Black Musics opened its doors to the public on November 12th, 2009 for a two months temporary exhibition. The project was presented during a press conference with the presence of Carlinhos Brown, some representatives of Bahia's government, agents of the Year of France in Brazil and the Center for Black musics members.
  
  In a 200m2 space, the exhibition was dedicated to the presentation of the project : 12 multi-media terminals introduced the artistic and musical contents of the museum, a video described the course of the CBM, while the drawings and scenographic studies from the architect Pedro Mendes Da Rocha offered a vew of the final structure.

• 2nd stage / Project around Center for Black Music
  An international exhibition of  Black musics in Dakar, Senegal, from 10th to 31th of December 2010.

• 3rd stage / 2011, the opening
  Inauguration of the Center for Black Musics in Salvador. Around the 4th trimester of 2011.
